  • In all sincerity, every age is momentous and precious. It’s never too early and it’s never too late!

  • I respect that. And I value your privacy.

    Please specify this over email and I’ll make sure we go ahead with the booking process accordingly.

    The photographs are delivered to you in a password protected online gallery, that will be visible only to you and people you invite.
    The pictures from your session will also not be used on any social platforms.

    Don’t let this deter you from getting professional photographs taken of your family, just be sure of informing me at the start of the process.

  • Planning a few weeks ahead would be a good timeframe to consider.

  • About an hour.

    I find that an hour is enough while not being intensely long for the kids. Often the novelty of the situation keeps things entertaining for about that time, after which it’s all a little chanceful.

  • The general rule of thumb is an hour or so before sunset for outdoor sessions.
    Indoor sessions work best in the morning.

    Happy children are the priority though, so if these hours don’t work for your family, let’s talk more and come to a solution that fits the kids and sunlight best.

  • It’s all about what works best for your family.

    If you love spending time in your home, home it is.

    If you’re an outdoorsy family, I have a list of locations in and around Canberra for you to choose from. We can even go to a place that’s close to your heart, for instance a trail that you take your kids to all the time.

    Where we do the pictures is a very personal choice, and I’m happy to chat you through all your options when we get there in the booking process.

    For a newborn session, home is your best option.

  • First and foremost, I’ll always say wear what makes you feel beautiful and confident.

    But for more specifics on what will look good on camera -
    Once you’re booked in, I’ll be sending you a session guide that will have a little section with outfit advice.

    If the thought of planning outfits stresses you out, come as you are.
    The photos we’ll take are for you, they represent your family best, and you shouldn’t do anything to make yourself feel uncomfortable. Truly.

    And I’m always an email away if you want to chat through options you’re considering :)

  • It’ll take about 2 weeks after your session.

  • All edited photos will be delivered in an online password protected gallery that you can then download high-res photos from and share securely with your family and friends.

  • The online photo gallery you will receive will have a print shop attached to it with beautiful products available from renowned labs in Australia. You can get prints from there if you’d like, but feel free to get them printed from wherever you prefer.

  • You will have access to the online gallery for 1 year after you receive it, during which you can download high-res digital files of every photograph, share the link with family and friends, and get prints if you choose to.

    I’d highly recommend backing up the files since I will be deleting all the files on my end as well after that time period.
    I find that best for security purposes to not store all the photographs with me indefinitely.

  • Yes, of course!

    Adding people to our shoot will require some extra time to make sure I can do justice to everyone involved, so for a small price addition to your package, the inclusion of more family members is always welcomed.

  • It happens.

    If I got a penny every time the weather apps predicted something wrong - well, I’d still be doing this cause I love it so much, but you know what I mean!

    If it’s too rainy or stormy, we’ll just reschedule to another time.
    Rest assured, I’ll be checking multiple weather apps like a hawk.

    If any of you is sick, health always comes first.
    We’ll reschedule, just let me know as soon as you can :)
